The Mark43 Institute is a registered 501(c)3 organization in the US. The Mark43 Development Initiative is a registered NGO in Nigeria. While both organizations are separate, there is joint representation on both boards to ensure that we share the same vision. The trustees of The Mark43 Development Initiative in Nigeria are responsible for overseeing the greenhouse farming enterprise, including training of the participants.
