Must Re-reads!

I'm always searching for new books to read, therefore amazon.com is one of my favorite websites. Well recently while preparing for a sermon I picked up The Cost of Disciplship by Dietrich Bonhoeffer. Re-reading parts of the book made me feel as if I should read it all over again. I generally don't re-read books because there are so many new ones to discover, but I am going to change that and begin re-reading some of my favorites.

Here are a list of re-readables, if you will. The order means nothing.

The Cost of Discipleship by Dietrich Bonhoeffer
The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan
Life Together by Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Systematic Theology vol. 1&2 by Robert W. Jenson
Politics of Jesus by John Howard Yoder
Preaching and Preachers by D. Martyn Lloyd Jones
In the Name of Jesus by Henri Nouwen
Any biography of St. Francis of Assisi. Even fictional biographies.
Crazy Love by Francis Chan
Between Two Worlds by John Stott
The Chronicles of Narnia the entire set by C.S. Lewis
The Great Divorce by C.S. Lewis
The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis

I'm sure there are a few more must re-reads, I can't think of them now though.

Blessings,

God's Court Jester
