Lenten Blogging: Day Nine "You're locked in here with me!"

Today's Thought: "Take a quote from your favorite movie - there's the title of your post. Now, write!"

I have a habit of daydreaming and putting myself in impossible situations where the odds are stacked against me. Of course, since it's my daydream, I always end up on top. I always have a kind of look on my face that says, "let me tell you something about me..." Then I just begin detaching people with the utmost awesomeness!

Yes. I'm weird and I have too much daydreaming moments.

So the quote I'm choosing for today's post fits perfectly with a daydream that I would have of myself.

In Watchmen, after Rorschach is thrown into prison he quickly realizes that he is surrounded by several people he had a hand in placing in prison himself. The prisoners see this as an opportunity to get back at him, but Rorschach is like me (at least the daydreaming me).

When some overconfident prisoner tries to get the best of him Rorschach quickly gets rid of him and says the most epic movie line of all time.

"None of you seem to understand. I'm not locked in here with you. You're locked in here with ME!"

BOOM!

OK, time to daydream for a bit.

Tomorrow's thought: "Tell us about a time you did a 180 - changed your views on something, reversed a decision, or acted in a way you ordinarily don't."
