Lenten Blogging: Day One

I am not the most disciplined blogger. I go on posting binges and then stay away for a long time. This isn't fair to my dozens and dozens of readers. In an attempt to become more disciplined I have decided to blog each day during this lenten season. This will help me become a more intentional and reflective person. Many of us go through life with few contemplative moments; it shouldn't be that way.

One of the things that keeps me from blogging is a lack of ideas, so I'm using a book that provides one topic per day. Some times the post will be short, other times it will be long, and sometimes it will just be a picture. The goal is to start and stick to it.
Speaking of goals, I am still reading Moby Dickit's going along a lot slower than I anticipated. But I'll get there.
By the way, this counts as my post for day one.
Here is the writing topic for tomorrow: "When was the first time you really felt like a grown up (if ever)?"
I'm very deep, in a shallow sort of way, so follow along at your own risk.
